From a two-hour 4K museum of sixty paintings to a freely imagined world inspired by Van Gogh.
Vincent van Gogh (1853–1890) painted landscapes, people, rooms and objects with an intensity that reaches far beyond the visible. In his work, colour becomes movement, rhythm and inner tension.
My Van Gogh films approach this world in different ways: as an extended contemplation of the original paintings, as a concentrated sequence in four movements, and as a freely imagined visual fantasy. The music was composed, arranged and performed for KleinTones.

Each film has its own form and sense of time. They are united by a dialogue between imagery, slow movement and original instrumental music.
The two-hour art film
Sixty paintings from different periods of Van Gogh’s life and work. Slow camera movements travel from selected details to the complete painting, accompanied by more than two hours of original music.

Visual interpretation · Eel’usive Truth
A French villa opens windows onto landscapes and interiors inspired by Van Gogh’s visual world. The AI-assisted scenes grew from my own ideas and are accompanied by the jazz-fusion composition “Eel’usive Truth.”
